Retrun / Exchange


Your purchase is eligible for an return/exchange if


  • the item is faulty
  • received the wrong item
  • wrong size


All return/exchange must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your purchase (tracked order). (No return/ exchange will be accepted after 14 days from the day your received your purchase)


  • the item must be in its original wearable condition
  • the item must have all tags attached and the original packaging included


To return/exchange your purchases, please message us @ Facebook messenger via the link provided at our website to check the stock availability for the new size your want to exchange.


 


Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us. 


  1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

  1. Proceed to the nearest post office to process your return, all postage charges bare by customer.
  2. Keep your consignment receipt safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
  3. Email your consignment receipt to us at operaecare@gmail.com or send message to our Facebook official like page via Facebook messenger (www.facebook.com/OperaShoes) to notify us for your return.


Customer is only allowed to exchange for another model of shoes if the size she request for exchange are out of stocks. Please note that the shoes price for the new exchange model must be same/ cannot higher than the original shoe purchased price. Strictly no refund for the balance if the item price you exchanged is less than your original purchased item price.


Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.


 


 


It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please message us via Facebook Messenger and our customer service person will guide you through the return processes as soon as possible.


Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or return for a full store credit refund of the defective item.


 


How long will it take to process my exchange?


Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive your items, process your exchange and confirm your replacement item.
