this website is subject to these terms and conditions set out below.
These terms and conditions apply to and form part of all online
purchases from operaeshop.com for the purchase of goods, so please take
care when placing your order.
1. Orders
1.1 All orders
are subject to acceptance and availability. Operaeshop.com reserves the
right to refuse an order for any reason whatsoever.
1.2 Please
ensure that all information entered on our website is correct and
accurate. We cannot make any changes or change the delivery address once
you have placed your order.
1.3 To assist you in selecting the
correct size before placing your order, please see our sizing chart
which can be found on our shoe size chart.
2. Price Of Goods
2.1 All prices quoted on our website are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and including GST.
3. Opera Membership Card (OMC)
3.1 We are truly regret that OMC benefits are not available to use online at this moment.
3.2
All benefits of OMC including Discount Voucher, Cash Voucher and
Birthday Month Discount are only applicable in store purchases.
4. Payment
4.1
we currently accept payment made via online banking for most of the
major banks in Malaysia, MasterCard and VISA Credit Card only. The total
cost of the amount debited to you card will be the price of the goods
at the time the order is placed plus any applicable shipping fee.
5. Credit Card Security
5.1
Operaeshop.com uses an electronic payment gateway called eGHL. eGHL is
an online credit card processor that uses technology to ensure that
transaction details are protected and cannot be read over the Internet.
Your full credit card details are received and processed only by eGHL.
6. Exchange / Return Policy
6.1 No refund and no exchange.
6.2 To be eligible for return, your parcel must be
(a) Defective merchandise
(b) Incorrect merchandise
(c) Incorrect size ordered
6.3 We will not be responsible for the postage cost of return items. Shoe price will be refunded in the form of credit points.
6.4 Your item must be in their original packaging with price tag intact, unwashed and unworn without any scent.
6.5 To return damage stock, the damage item should be returned within 7 days upon receive of the parcel.
6.6 Operaeshop.com reserves the right to reject your returned goods if it does not comply with our regulations.
7. Shipping And Delivery
7.1 We deliver to any Malaysia address (excluding PO Boxes). We currently do not service international destinations.
7.2
Operaeshop.com charges a standard shipping & handling fee of
RM15.00 with every transaction for any local delivery. * Subject to
change by the management.
7.3 STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.
7.4 We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days of receipt, provided we have authorisation of payment.
7.5 Items will send only after payment has been made.
7.6 FREE shipping on orders above RM120.00 for deliveries within Malaysia,
– Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout for all qualifying orders.
– To receive free shipping, just place an order with merchandise worth over RM120 to qualify for free shipping.
–
Not applicable for shipping changes including intercepts, change of
address, and to free trade zone which may be subject to additional fee
per shipment.

or making use of any intellectual property, Trade Marks or logos owned
and found on the Operaeshop.com website without the expressed permission
of Operaeshop.com.
11.3 As a result of browsing the
Operaeshop.com website, where content is downloaded, printed or viewed,
such content is permissible for private, non-commercial use for the sole
purpose of evaluating goods, making and purchase of goods, or promoting
the sale of goods to others.
12. Terms And Conditions

Operaeshop.com reserves the right to make changes and amendments to
these Terms and Conditions on an ongoing, ad-hoc basis as needed and as
legally/ethically required, and at any other time it deems fit or
necessary. You will be notified of such changes as they happen by a news
bulletin posted on our website. By further visiting or purchasing goods
from our website, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and
accepted the Terms and Conditions including any changes made.
13. Disclaimer

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our website
contents, customers, visitors, and any other person or persons are
advised that occasionally errors do occur, however, no errors are ever
made deliberately or intentionally.
13.2 Admissions of varying
kinds, incorrect pricing and other factual mistakes may arise from time
to time. Operaeshop.com accepts no responsibility or liability for any
financial loss or any other factor resulting that may arise.
13.3
Operaeshop.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any purchases
made. In the event of an incorrectly stated/advertised price where the
customer has made a purchase, the customer will have the option to
either have the purchase order refunded or it may change the order for
goods to an equal or lesser value, with any price difference to be
refunded in credit point.
